The Growth Programme provides funding to help projects in England that create jobs and economic growth. Overall responsibility for managing EAFRD is through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) whilst the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) manage these grants on Defra's behalf.  This call for new projects is part of a £4.2m allocation to the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership.

More information is available on the government website where you can download the full specification.

The call for projects opened on the 30th September and will close on the 27th November 2015.    If you are interested in applying for the funds or have any questions please contact the Rural Payments Agency directly through the helpline on 03000 200 301 or GPEnquiries@rpa.gsi.gov.uk.

The value of the grants available range from £35,000 up to €200,000 (approximately £140,000), although state aid rules will apply which may affect the amount of grant offered.  The total grant funding available for this call is £420,000.
